Observational notes or session recordings (only with pre-written consent)
Feedback forms or survey responses

Data Storage and Security

Data will be stored securely using password-protected digital files or locked physical storage.
Access will be restricted to authorised and accredited associates and researchers only.
Data will be retained only as long as necessary for the stated collection purposes (no longer than 12 months unless otherwise agreed).

Data Sharing

Data will not be shared with third parties without explicit written consent.
Any published results or feedback will be anonymised unless individuals have agreed to be identified.
